Anglo-Saxons

We designed, made and decorated our own Anglo-Saxon artefacts. We researched what  their brooches, belt buckles and other items looked like before coming up with our own! Here are some pictures of us painting them... 

We role played being archaeologists to help us discover more about Anglo-Saxon artefacts. We discussed why archaeology is an important tool for learning about historical people and the way they lived.
