Welcome to RP's class page.

The class teachers are Mrs Paine (Monday-Thursday) and Mrs Smith (Friday) and the teaching assistant is Miss Gronowicz. This first year at school is such an exciting time full of learning, adventures and new experiences. We are here to support you and your child every step of the way on this journey. Please always come and have a chat at the end of the school day if you ever have any questions.  

Each day, please send your child with their school book bag, a raincoat if necessary (we try to go out in all weather) and a clearly named water bottle. Fruit is provided each morning, so there is no need to bring an extra snack. 

We will set home learning via Tapestry by Friday and ask that this is completed by the following Wednesday please.  Once your child is bringing home reading books, they can choose a new book as soon as they have finished their last one. Please make sure you return your child's signed reading log with the book please so we know that they are ready for a new book. 

Our PE days are Tuesdays and Fridays so please make sure your child comes into school in their PE kits on these days. As the weather gets cooler, they can wear either shorts or navy blue tracksuit bottoms.
