Writing
Writing Ambassadors

We want every child to be a confident writer who can communicate clearly, think creatively, write purposefully and use their voice responsibly.
Our approach to literacy is deeply driven by our faith, ensuring every child is supported to flourish. By encouraging our children to be the best they can be, we support them in developing clear, confident communication skills. We want every child to recognise that their voice matters, and we encourage them to use language thoughtfully, truthfully and respectfully. Through writing, children have the opportunity to express ideas, reflect on their learning, develop empathy and consider the experiences and perspectives of others. Our Writing Curriculum aims to support not only academic achievements but the development of the whole child. We want our children to leave our school knowing that they have something valuable to contribute and the confidence and skills to communicate this.
